The Asian Secondary Mortgage Market Association (ASMMA) held its second annual meeting in Manila on 29 September 2015. Inaugurated in Kuala Lumpur in 2014, ASMMA is an informal association of Asian secondary mortgage institutions formed to share knowledge, expertise and product innovations. The second meeting of the leaders of secondary mortgage institutions provided the opportunity for useful dialogue and exchange of ideas from amongst member countries including Malaysia (current chair), Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Mongolia. Cagamas was represented by President/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chung Chee Leong, who is also the current Chairman of ASMMA.
