Cagamas was accorded the Islamic Advocacy Award (Institutional) at the 6th Global Islamic Finance Awards 2016. The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chung Chee Leong accepted the award on behalf of Cagamas at the awards ceremony which was held in Jakarta, Indonesia, witnessed by HE President Joko Widodo who was awarded the "Global Leadership in Islamic Finance Award 2016".
