Cagamas was awarded the Islamic Issuer of the Year–Quasi-sovereign and Best Local Currency Sukuk at the Asset Triple A Islamic Finance Awards for its 1.5 billion Ringgit Commodity Murabahah Sukuk. Datuk Chung Chee Leong, President/Chief Executive Officer accepted the awards on behalf of Cagamas at the ceremony which was held in Kuala Lumpur.
