The International Secondary Mortgage Market Association (ISMMA) recently held its third virtual meeting in 2022. During the meeting, members discussed the upcoming physical ISMMA and EEMI International Sustainable Housing Finance Symposium in October as well as the development of Islamic finance by Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company and Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company as well as country update by Mongolian Mortgage Corporation and Tanzania Mortgage Refinance Company. The meeting was attended by more than 30 participants from 21 member countries, the World Bank Group and the European Mortgage Federation.
