Cagamas Berhad (“Cagamas”) was honoured by leading financial publication The Asset with two awards - the Best Issuer for Sustainable Finance (Malaysia) at The Asset’s Triple A Sustainable Finance Awards 2024 and Best Issuer (Malaysia) in conjunction with The Asset’s 25th year anniversary. The Best Issuer for Sustainable Finance (Malaysia) award is in recognition of Cagamas’ pivotal role in contributing towards the growth of green capital market in Malaysia while supporting the broader objective of transitioning to a low-carbon economy. As part of The Asset’s 25th Anniversary, Cagamas received the Best Issuer (Malaysia) award in honour of Cagamas being a defining issuer for the past 25 years in the Malaysian capital market landscape.
