Cagamas received a delegation from the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company PLC and The National Treasury of Kenya, which was led by Peter Njoroge. Representatives from both organisations were briefed on Cagamas’ overall operations in relation to its Purchase With Recourse (PWR) and Purchase Without Recourse (PWOR) schemes as well as development of its Skim Rumah Pertamaku and Skim Saraan Bercagar products, as part of their study visit and benchmarking exercise to promote affordable housing in Kenya. The delegates also visited Eco World Grandeur and Urbanmetry to learn about the latest development in property development in terms of data analytics and sustainability.
