Cagamas received a delegation from the Yangon Regional Government led by HE Daw Nilar Kyaw, Minister of Electricity, Industry, Transport and Communication. The delegation comprised representatives from the Yangon Regional Government, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Planning and Finance, Central Bank of Myanmar, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank as well as representatives from the Asia Development Bank who were on a Housing Market Study visit in Malaysia. Their areas of interest included secondary mortgage financing and in particular, Cagamas’ operations.
